How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Be intentional with your time. Make time for people and experiences outside the job; friends, family, health, etc. Set a time to leave work each day and pursue some goals and experiences that have nothing to do with work.
When you are burnt out from work, how do you get going again?
Take a vacation. Ask for a change of role or position so you can learn something new or have a change of experience.
How much time do you spend with people outside of work?
I probably spend 5+ hours a week with folks outside of work. Basically networking, meeting new people, making connections. It’s a lot of fun!
